"Who lost the case?" "Not I said the eminent silk, my junior let me down." "Not I said the Junior, my instructing solicitor was to blame" "Not I said the solicitor, my associate dropped the ball." Not I said the Associate. I was never supposed to work on this case. no one explained it to me, and anyway, I'm getting out of here in three weeks".

Yes - the legal gravy train runs on. You do not get justice, you get the law and sometimes you do not even get the law, you get what your lawyers want you to have.
It is time to stop the GMC legal gravy train, time for us to get off and walk away.
Time to break he medical monopoly of the GMC. Just because a person doesn't pay a subscription to the GMC, doesn't mean he or she cannot practice their skills. Just not in the NHS.
Doctor means Teacher. You can be a "Medical Teacher" or a "Teaching Doctor", but not a "medical doctor" nor prescribe junk prescription medicines unless you pay a subscription to the GMC. Doesn't mean a person who has qualified as a medical doctor can't use their medical skills to help people.
Its all in a name, and that is the only place it is. What a person actually does as opposed to what they say they do, is their own business.
Its a sad fact that the more money you have the more justice you receive. The closer you live to the bread line, the more severe your sentence. Justice is a myth for a large number of the community.
