Are you ready for the Employment Tribunal Richard?

I thought I would write a short piece to plug the excellent website written by Mr John Spencer. John has taken on Richard Branson. Richard has fairly hot shot lawyers. They were not hot shot enough to keep their mouth shut. This is the website http://www.branson-pickle.com/

The Guardian stated

"A former employee of Virgin Healthcare, John Spencer, raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest with the company and has passed internal documents to the Guardian. Spencer, who was head of therapies, in charge of recruiting the new private staff, voiced his concerns about potential conflicts of interest within days of starting his job.

"My feeling is that this was being led by people who were commercially driven and rewarded by how much profit they made," he said. "But they weren't fully willing to listen when it came to the importance of not undermining patient trust."

Virgin lawyers of course denied fretting over the forthcoming Employment Tribunal. We can be sure that Josh Bayliss has been biting his nails.

Sir Richard has his hands full. This time it isn't Pamela Anderson. John Spencer is proving to be quite a handful.
