Bacongate - On Ice

Momentum has slowed on other websites regarding criticisms on the sty at iwantgreatcare.org. While I write this from an internet cafe, I felt an overview was in order. Morale is low. I have no idea why because no one gives up after one week! Actually, I stand corrected - doctors do!

Part of the Trough Helpdesk was published on NHS Behind the Headlines. Please do read this in detail as it provides a potential solution to the problem. Essentially, we have hopped onto Witchdoctor's broomstick and have provided her with some cyber backup. She is currently providing some extremely good coverage albeit admittedly her witch language gets more baroque by the day. She is mocking the great and erudite Neil Bacon. Witchdoctor is reporting the type of criticisms posted at the Sty. The Jobbing Doctor has got distracted. Probably until his friends find themselves subject to character assasination then the matter will become more acute. Ferret has disappeared underground and has not been seen. Dr John Crippen has been threatened by various sources. He has also gone on holiday. Anyhow, I believe NHS Behind the Headlines will continue presenting more material on the Trough Files as time moves on.

Other events around the internet, someone calling himself V has set up http://www.iwantgreatgmcmembers.blogspot.com

We have linked to him but I looked on the net today and no one else has. I doubt the website will get far without help and if doctors don't want to fight on the servers, V is probably wasting his time.

One word of warning, costs are a important part of litigation. We were informed that an injunction was mooted, those contributing to something like that should understand that in the event the application is lost, costs are awarded against the applicant [s] [ and contributors]. This applies to any litigation in the future.

There was an interesting post from Anonymous who we shall nickname Harry. The comment was left online. He told me "Unfortuntately, I am neither tall or dark". We shall have to settle for the handsome part then :). It is a tough life but one can't be fussy during recession.

Additionally, he had this to say.

I note from companies house that he has set up IWGC with 100,000 £1 shares. Unless he has actually purchased the shares for £100,000 pounds, this was a severe misjudgement. Structuring a newco like this is rare for a limited company (usually a small number of 1p shares are issued so they can be purchased for a small sum). Any decent accountant or lawyer would advise against this set up. An unfortunate and amateur move, which may come to haunt him.

Do not be surprised if IWGC's assets are transferred to a new limited co to fix this mess-up"

And that is what I like about intelligent men. They are utterly sexy without even trying :). I love it when men talk numbers :).
