Attitudinal Problem?

Here is an excellent summary of the antics so far. Jane Doe says as follows :- [ Paice should take note]

Elizabeth Paice has been wrong about many things in her life. She still thinks she is always right. I felt I should list them.

1. Dr Scot Jnr
2. Yes, Prof Paice and I do have a PAST.
3. Currently, facing an Employment Tribunal courtesy of veteran campaigner Mr Tushar Bhadra.
4. Ah yes, and she was completely spectacularly wrong about the MMC.

How does the GMC view this lack of insight?

Well, let us see the case here.

"The doctor informed the Panel that he was aware of the requirements of Good Medical Practice but as an experienced doctor he did not always consider it necessary to follow this guidance"

The GMC of course considers such a lack of insight to be an " Attitudinal problem". [ GMC v Southall]

The GMC considers the filtering role of the Registrar to be MINOR [ R v GMC Ex Parte Pal]. This was admitted by their barristers. So this minor filtering role seems to have taken a major turn at GMC towers as they have not responded as yet to my complaint. This MINOR role seems to be minor when it comes to me but MAJOR when it comes to Paice and Needham. Now that is interesting. This discriminatory treatment can be reviewed in the study on Handling GMC complaints done by the PSI.

Does this MINOR filtering role include figuring out a way to throw the complaint out because it is such a hot potato :).? Does it mean, that Liz Paice is now in discussions with her mates at GMC Towers. Are the phones ringing between all the Deans? Is the establishment going to ask the Highland Deanery to "dig some dirt" on Dr Scot Jnr" by way of saving face in the media . Of course, they are, and when they do, the dirt will be thrown right back in their faces.

Is Carol Black going to vote herself into being the doctor who screens the complaint [OUT]? Is Carol Black going to speak to all her pals at GMC Towers to ensure the complaint doesn't see the light of day? Is Carol Black going to get her lazy backside back to the UK to face the music?. Is Carol Black going to admit to supporting Elizabeth Paice. She needs to really. All this talk of bravery and when the going gets tuff - Carol Black goes on holiday. Good time for a holiday while poor Dr Scot Jr's career is in tatters!

Are the GMC going to show a distinct ignorance to the subject of free speech because if they do, that would be an interesting satellite argument in the forthcoming judicial review against them. Ah yes, that was it, we won permission over here :) and the GMC lost the first round. First doctors case examining the GMC's record of respect for Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998. With a past where the judge referred to the organisation as a "totalitarian" regime, the GMC should have shown some improvement by now. Let us see if they respect free speech eh. I do love the way that Paice and co witches broaden and bend Good Medical Practise to suit their wicked ways.
