Some things get very tiresome. A few months ago, Jennifer Colman wrote to Liz Miller about her speculative theories of the administrative erasure related to me. In Jennifer Colman's tiny mind, her little plot with Brian Morgan must have worked :). Colman's emails were almost hyperactive at the prospect of the GMC striking me off :). She fizzed away. Brian Morgan and her got very excited about this. Of course, at the time, I had no idea of her associations with the dark side. I found this association out much later when the evidence came floating in. We all start to discover why James Caverney Sharp referred to Jennifer Colman as the poisoned dwarf. Of course, Colman does not tell the world that
1. I purchased a computer for her in her time of strife
2. I told her how to create her own website to clear her name
3. We spent large amounts of time publishing her material in support of her case against the GMC.
4. I spent a great deal of time on the telephone when she was upset. That was merely a few things. The rest is not worth talking about.
So, as no good deed goes unpunished, the Poisoned Dwarf returned that favour by colluding with those that cyberstalked and harassed me. This is by no means a personal attack but simply an observation of how those who are not brave enough to stand by their friends in times of strife, join their harassers in an effort to sink them instead. She advised Morgan because she did not want them to attack her [due to her association with me]. And that is what we all call treading the path of the dark side to save oneself. There is no line between good and bad with Jennifer Colman. In her view, the end probably justifies the means. Was her collusion with Brian Morgan worth it? In the era when David Southall is due to be a cleared man, did Colman bat on the wrong side? This is of course simply a narrative and an examination of human behaviour at its worst.
The last complainant in my case was Brian Morgan, the GMC confirmed that his complaint was shut down before it had even began. I am positive both Morgan and Colman had great hopes for it and probably even dressed it up in icing. The previous two complainants were Penny Mellor and Fiona Woolard. In total, the group of crackpots from msbp.com made about 5 or 6 complaints - some themselves and some by proxy.

Of course, that is the price of exposing the crackpots of msbp dubious activities online. I mention this of course because it is the kind of revolving door complaints faced by David Southall and many others. David Southall had 40 complaints by all the same people or by proxy. It is also true that the GMC have no vexatious policy and have no plans in implementing one.
This is something that can happen to anyone in the NHS. So for avoidance of doubt, there has never been a complaint RE my clinical practice but I don't really have to justify that. What I do need to say is this, there were no outstanding complaints at GMC towers. I was cleared and that is that. The only reason I was administratively erased is listed above and this is no secret to anyone.
As Oliver Dearlove is aware, their activities had to be exposed because no one was doing anything to prevent the sinking of masses of child protection doctors. So I did and I also took down the website msbp.com. So yes, I did something to assist although Oliver plus PACA Wolves may wish to place his usual minimalistic spin on it. You see while the PACA members were talking in their group and being "intelligent", I went off and challenged Penny Mellor. That is because for 10 years she had remained unchallenged as 80 consultants were too scared of her. The same fiction was being spread to the media who were lapping up the soundbites without question. All that was corrected.
Trying to get Oliver to join his mates at PACA Wolf Towers was relatively easy [ I introduced them]. It simply entertained me to see how fast PACA's uptake of Oliver would be. Oliver fitted the profile of anti GMC, Consultant, Wallowing Hippo, and loves intellectual discussion although I have never seen him say anything intelligent. I am sure his wife must fall asleep early before he has moved to first base. Perhaps that is the general demeanor of anaesthetists! Soporific.
So, I asked PACA about junior doctors. PACA don't have a clue about junior doctors by the way . So you start to mention junior doctors at the GMC or other issues and the shutters come down. They have what we call a "selfish outlook on life". Each has their position to maintain and compete with their puffed chests. They all write large papers and wallow in the richness of a scientific community. So this suits Oliver down to the ground really. Oliver was accepted with open arms as I predicted. I have never seen anyone accepted into the fold so fast.
PACA moaned for 10 years, had meetings, Alan Craft did a talk at the Medicolegal Society, posh papers were written and for 10 years they all suffered the revolving complaints that arose from msbp.com. As they were busy doing important things, I went away and thought about the problem. To me, while I talk a bit, I hate wallowing and wasting time.
So, I did the best thing, went off and got the msbp forums removed in 2 weeks as they were being infiltrated Penny Mellor's Scientology friends. I wasn't going to sit around while someone was killed. It was as simple as that. So, PACA will tell the likes of Peter Gooderam that their success is all down to their work. It actually is all down to all our work. It is simply that PACA aren't gutsy enough to admit my role. Again, the group is filled with men who live in ivory towers, live in their settled lives and are afraid to challenge a house wife. I have never ever seen this phenomena. A group of men too scared to say boo to a goose! :).
They have a consultants only email list where they banter about themselves. No one knows who the entire list of PACA Wolves are so they don't have to declare their vested interests in the group when writing papers. It is all quite cosy. Their club is exclusive although they allow the French to enter. I have a spy in there who often sends me discussions breaching their confidentiality guidance. Being a fly on the wall is always an interesting occupation.
We all talk about standing by your friends and colleagues and doing whatever we can to help. Indeed, on observation, many may well wonder why I wrote a rather cutting post on Dr Andrew Skinner. Skinner is much like many other consultants. He simply placed himself in a position where we can all examine his behaviour and I can compare him to the hundreds of consultants who sit around advising caution. The problem is that this attitude never gets the job done.
He is just one example of many doctors who will sit by the wayside and do nothing to assist for fear of their own skin. Oliver Dearlove is much like that. He is a consultant, probably a good one who prowls around the Doctors Only Website "observing". He likes his comfort zone. He likes taking a back seat. He likes to wallow around and pretend he is changing the system for the better. Trying to get his tiny mind to understand the basics of litigation is a feat in itself. Oliver once wanted "soundbites" because he was too busy to actually sit, read and "understand". It wasn't difficult to sit, read and understand was it!?

The top level pigs are of the view they can do whatever they wish to junior doctors and "get away with it". This is why the likes of Carol Black remain unchallenged for the part she placed on the MMC. If our consultants species were more effective, the MMC fiasco would never have happened. Of course, we all know Paice thought she would " get away" with it and Dr Scot Jnr is not the only doctor to have faced her wrath. Paice has been brought down a peg or two. Little did she know that Super Rant had put his tights back on and was chasing her round the London Deanery. And we owe Dr Rant a lot - because he challenges the status quo and doesn't let go. The real Dr Rant may not stand up but he provides a glimmer of hope that people who abuse others can be held accountable.
So in general I quite like to examine those who sat back and watched while Dr Scot Junior sank. It doesn't matter to me who Dr Scot Jnr is. Dr Scot Jnr can be many nameless doctors facing a similar predicament. It is an interesting observation to see that out of 300,000 doctors, only a handful was prepared to stand by him. We do need to thank the Doctors Only site because without it Scot Jnr would never have had a coordinated campaign. Scot Jnr should have had the backing of each doctor in the UK and each media outlet as there was a violation of human rights.
This is the kind of violation of human rights that happens in China yet so many doctors were just happy to watch it happen. The majority of the profession was happy to allow it to happen. That is extremely shocking. This blatant violation of human rights was pointed out by rebel consultant Dr Grumble. The rest of the consultant population nodded sagely and got on with their day to day work.
In the end, Remedy UK backed him right to the end. So, at least there is another glimmer of hope in Remedy UK. And the decent thing about Remedy UK or even Richard Marks is that they acknowledged all our roles in the campaign that effectively joined many people together in solidarity. This is hugely different from PACA who had their position to maintain and only congratulate themselves.
Did Oliver Dearlove get his PACA members to support or link to the cause? They have a blog but there was no support. No, that is because Dr Scot Jnr was a distant issue, not relevant to them but they did not take 3 minutes to support his plight even by a link. There are many doctors out there in trouble. So I always wonder whether I should have walked away from PACA, left them to their own devices and not assisted. I have though understood that PACA would allow a person to be in trouble and leave them by the wayside. They would never do a thing to help. This is the legacy of a group with a one track interest.
If everyone did their bit to help their friends or colleagues in need, there wouldn't quite be so many people in trouble and perhaps the system would be better. I dread to think what would have become of him and what has become of many doctors in similar predicaments who have no support. There is a Dr Scot Jnr in every hospital. Do any of us notice them?
