Professor Elizabeth Paice - The Gutless Wonder

It is August 2008. In 1994, many years ago, I apparently won a prize at medical school. It is only today that the letter and prize money has turned up. Throughout my entire shortlived career as a doctor, I have been told by Paice's cronies that I was somehow less competent than my peers. Perhaps that is what the prize for " Best Student" of the firm means. To observe Paice's cronies in action, one has to review a early letter to the London Deanery written by Professor David Brenton of UCL.

My dealings with the Paice department of hags was previously discussed here. The above letter is from Professor David Brenton. It was sent to Fiona Moss. Fiona Moss is another one of those batty women who works next to Paice.

Here is Fiona Moss

"Fiona Moss has been a Consultant Respiratory Physician at the Central Middlesex Hospital, London. Since 2003 she has been one of London's Postgraduate Deans. Her responsibilities include Postgraduate Medical Education in North West London. Her current work includes; helping trusts set up the framework for Foundation Programmes, supporting the organisational development and changes in working patterns needed to enable trusts to meet European Working Time Directive targets and maintaining quality of service and training. From 1992 until 2004 she was the founder editor of the Quality and Safety in Health Care, a BMJ Publishing group journal. She is Senior Associate of the Judge Institute of Management, Cambridge and also of the Nuffield Trust. She is on the Editorial Board for the BMJ/NPSA and is on the Medical Advisory Panel of the NPSA"

Paice sits quietly in her office while more documents regarding her misdemeanors return to haunt her. Everyone is no doubt aware of her crowings on protecting junior doctors from being bullied. It is all a lie because Paice cares about no one but herself. The above letter is interesting as it admits to patient neglect on Ward 87, it admits that the Deanery focused on me rather than obtaining accountability for Ward 87. Dr Moss was editor of "Quality and Safety in Health" :)

Paice's action should have been to remove me immediately from West Midlands Deanery and ensure I was safe in London as I was her responsibility. Fish face Plaice and her collection of hags deny all responsibility despite the GMC guidance and the Medical Act 1983. This goes to show that Paice is of the view that she is above the law. She sits quietly in the hope that everyone will assume that she didn't know about Ward 87 and that I am making a mountain out of a molehill. There are no molehills here, there are just bare facts and evidence. Come on Professor Paice, why don't you respond to this whistleblower for a change, why don't you apologise for the mess you made of 1998? Why don't you stand by all those articles on bullying and victimisation and patient safety.

Here is what the two faced plaice says on her website

"The London Deanery is working to improve the quality of patient care by ensuring the supply of doctors and dentists who are educated, trained and motivated to play their part in a first class modern health service"

Ok, Professor Paice, lets see you improve patient care. Lets see if you have the guts to put your words into action. Why don't you discuss this case with Carol Black and hold those responsible for Ward 87 accountable? I see you are quite capable of ringing up the Highland Deanery to get doctors suspended so why can't you get the doctors responsible for ward 87 suspended? Why don't you do you job for a change?

By the way, I don't give a flying fuck what Paice thinks of my attitude or my manner of writing on the internet, one thing is for sure is that I have the goods and the evidence that makes a mockery of those in the highest positions in medicine.

The London Deanery have no answer to the above. They have no answer because they are a catastrophic failure - always have been and always will be.

Prof Brenton was sent the 2001 Report by post. He had nothing left to say after spending large amounts of time postulating on my so called competence levels. Why can't we talk about Dr John Green's or Dr Monica Spitieri's competence levels? Why can't we talk about how the Trust protected them? I suppose that would be rather controversial wouldn't it? Actually ensuring patient safety is another matter for Prof Paice. Perhaps that comes lower in the pecking order.

NB The above document was obtained under the Data Protection Act from the London Deanery. Previously, this had been denied to me by Prof Brenton thereby compromising any litigation I could have brought. The London Deanery's lawyers advised Brenton that I would"go away" if documents were denied. I waited for the old sod to retire then got the personal file out. I will place the letter from their lawyers up at some point in the future.
