Anyone who follows our discussions will remember the piece we wrote about LiveLink. This is the GMC's blog monitoring spy. I always wonder why the GMC take an avid and daily interest in monitoring my blogs and my writings. I am no longer on their GMC Register [ administratively erased]. They robbed my livelihood and I haven't worked in the NHS for two years. Why thankyou GMC Towers. That is what happens when the Shipman Inquiry changes at the GMC catches the whistleblower and not Dr Shipman :). Well, I suspect the GMC feels good about what they have done. When don't they feel good about hunting down a whistleblower. Afterall, investigations were reversed on Robert Phipps and Peter Wilmshurst. The classical tactic - shooting the whistleblower is practised at GMC Towers.
So, you think the critters would have forgotten all about me. Of course, that is never the case, apart from their daily detailed visits, they have now used their Livelink programme to monitor my updates. Perhaps they seethe in anger because I have a sort of dis inhibited approach when it comes to exposing their antics. I believe the GMC screeners have tried to curtail my criticism of them by their draconian measures of spying on my background and admitting to a covert "discreet" inquiry. All this skulking around really isn't good for anyone at the GMC because it just provides more fodder to mock them.
The issue about the GMC is this - they assumed that they could do many underhanded things, conceal the Ward 87 material under their bed and everyone would forget about it. They get 10 stars for their ability to cover up abuses in the health service including Ward 87. The last thing the GMC expected was a internet spread on their activities. Yes, it is difficult for the GMC to prevent internet flooding. It is difficult for the GMC to justify their inaction in relation to Ward 87. The GMC have no answer as to why Ward 87 complete with one expert report, two internal reports with damning findings did not achieve accountabilty with them. The GMC should answer the public - and answer the question " Why didn't they get the records from Ward 87 at North Staffordshire NHS Trust when it was reported to them". Their jobsworth minions make all sorts of lethargic excuses. In the last case the GMC even tried to accuse me of being a vexatious complainant because I reported concerns to them. When the verified CHI report was flashed in their faces, they had nothing more to say. The GMC loves to moan in court. In 2004, they whinged about all sorts of things, badmouthed me and postured a lot. In the end, they had a spectacular loss. The GMC have never understood a few things - there is a right way and a wrong way of doing things. If you go down the wrong path, you can expect repercussions from the whistleblower. No one is a shy little wallflower around here.
Of course, for these special cyberstalkers, it is difficult for them to acknowledge that there is a doctor out there with the temerity to write about their creepy behaviour. It has been creepy for years. Just that no one has known about it. So here is more evidence of their creepy behaviour in the form of Livelink Monitoring Tool. Spying on what I write, what I do and what I am saying about them - and the truth remains they can never stop me.
