Mr Glen Burley. Seeing Red

Sporting the New Red Eye Effect

Witchdoctor has been fishing around the internet and has found some interesting facts about the man above. It seems he was involved with whistleblower Raj Mattu. Raj Mattu pointed out in a TV interview that he was only reinstated after new management took over. What happened to the old management? Well, Dr Wayne says that their eyes eventually turned a brighter shade of red prior to their re-employment to other Trusts so that they can " f**k" up other doctors lives. We have seen this trick before. North Staffordshire NHS Trust dropped its Chief Executive responsible for Ward 87 only for him to be found wallowing around Lancashire. complete with his red eyes

Burley is spotted moved to South Warwickshire NHS Trust to make life more miserable for doctors over there. He can be recognised in the Trust because of his characteristic shimmering red eyes.

These were the other old managers with red eyes

  • Mr David Loughton (who left Coventry under a cloud but is now CEO in Wolverhampton)
  • Dr Jim MacCartney (who resigned as Medical Director shortly afterwards)
  • Mr Glen Burley (who did not resign and is now CEO of South Warwickshire Hospitals Trust)
Jobbing Doctor is senior. Jobbing Doctor is also intelligent. Jobbing Doctor can be seen to be secretly using Anglo Saxon Expletives behind the narratives on managers.

Jobbing Doctor wrote this about management avoiding responsibility.

Jobbing Doctor mentions West Midlands Postgraduate Deanery. Jobbing Doctor forgets that during the time of Raj Mattu and myself, Professor Temple was in charge at West Midlands Deanery. And yes, yours truly's problems started with West Midlands Deanery as well which covers North Staffordshire NHS Trust. West Midlands Deanery's only recommendation for whistleblowing is counselling.

Dr India has had some experience of West Midlands Deanery as have many many doctors. West Midlands Deanery has a lot of people walking around with red eyes. The above link to Professor Temple outlines the case of Dilip Malkan, a doctor who took the Deanery to an Employment Tribunal where West Midlands Deanery was accused of victimisation.

There is of course no accountability for managers who are incompetent and negligent. They are " paid off" and they move on to other pastures and become fatter managers with brighter red eyes.

Lord Darzi recently refused to provide a regulatory body for managers. I often wonder how many doctors careers have been terminated because of negligent management. Moorfields Eye Hospital was unable to come to solve the red eye effect because they found that all their managers had the same phenomena. Other person who found out about the red eyes by accident was Ian Perkin, whistleblower in London.
